1. Director/V.P. of Engineering in RF & Microwave Design
Job Profile
This position requires experience in managing an engineering team of 25+, project scheduling, team building & organization skills.
Requirements
Candidate must posses ‘hands-on’ experience with analog, RFIC, & MMIC designs; as well as detailed understanding about the design cycle: from design specs, to testing & final product realization. Knowledge of wireless communication theory, system design, & module product realization is required.
Qualification preferred is a PhD in the relative field; with the minimum requirement being an MSc with appropriate experience.
Additional requirements include proficiency in Hindi/Mandarin (relative to position), and fluency in English.
Relocation necessary; to be based in Nagpur, India. Frequent travel is also expected.

2. Senior Engineers in RFIC & Microwave Design:
Job Profile
M.Sc. (EE) is the minimum qualification requirement.
RFIC Design engineer shall be responsible for
Detailed design, simulation and layout of PLL blocks namely- Phase/Frequency Detectors, Pre-scalar, Frequency Divider, VCO and their integration.
Full chip simulation, layout followed by LVS, DRC, and parasitic back extraction.
Evaluation board design, module design and packaging of various Transceiver blocks.
Test Setup and measurements.
Requirements
Relocation necessary; to be based in Nagpur, India. Some travel is also expected.
Working experience of 5 – 10 years in analog, RFIC, & MMIC design necessary; with experience in leading small, project based & results driven teams a plus. Candidates should have a track record of industrial product design & production.
Candidate must possess a Master’s Degree in Electronics with profound knowledge of RFIC Design and 2 to 5 years of experience. We also require candidates for advanced level position with preferably PhD and 4-8 years of relevant experience.
Candidate must possess hands on experience in either or all of the following design and simulation software- Agilent ADS, Genesys EagleWare, IC Edit, LASI. One or more successful product design and development in profile shall be highly appreciated.

3. Managers & Senior Engineers for Wireless Embedded Systems
Job Profile
Wireless System Design Engineer shall be responsible for Analyzing technical specifications and system requirements to determine best approach and feasibility of accomplishment within time and cost constraints in following areas-
Proposal of system architectures for Wireless Applications
Architecture design and simulations
Product Development and Documentation at system level
Identification and mitigation of technical project risks
Successful system integration and completion of system requirements
Establish and maintain communications with both customer personnel and senior management
Time constrained and efficient execution of above technical activities is expected.
Skills & Exposure
Language : C, C++, C#, Java
IDEs (Integrated Development Environment) : Keil ,Code Blocks, Code Warrior
Devices worked on : 8051 Or its cores, Zilog, Motorola, Freescale, Microchip etc.. ( 8 Bit to 32 bit controllers )
PCB Layout software : Cadstar, Orcad, Protel, PCB express etc..
Stack Development : Zigbee, TCP /IP
Protocol : I2C,I2S,SPI,2 wire, SMBus
Requirements
Ideal candidate is expected to have BE/B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Systems Engineering, with minimum 7 years of experience is preferred. Willing to travel at the customer place in India/Abroad. Candidates should have adequate experience in Hardware and trouble shooting. Relocation to Nagpur Operations.
