RF Arrays is in forefront in adoption of new wireless technologies and bringing them to market. When the IEEE 802.15.4 specifications were still in early stages of development RF Arrays adopted them by working with the pioneers in the industry.

Basically IEEE 802.15.4 technology based on 2.4GHz frequency was designed to address the need for a low-cost and low-power wireless solution and has become a solid foundation for monitoring and controlling networks, including ZigBee® technology.

Although it may be similar to other standards, features such as fast power-on latency and mesh networking help differentiate it from the field of existing IEEE technologies.

The benefits of simple, cost-effective, low-power wireless connectivity that 802.15.4 technology provides address a variety of markets, including:

  • Consumer applications control
  • Energy management
  • Residential and commercial building automation
  • Industrial process control
  • Health and wellness monitoring

Building on our extensive knowledge of RF semiconductor processes, RF Arrays offers a wide variety of IEEE 802.15.4-compliant solutions based on 2.4GHz frequency. RF Arrays also works in other frequency domains viz:433MHz,868MHz in developing smart solutions to the customers.

RF Arrays has a proven track record in the market in establishing mesh networks with exceptional RF performance and a flexible architecture.

RF Arrays has designed and developed world’s smallest MMIC in a 3mm x 3mm QFN package comprising a Power Amplifier, a switch and low noise amplifier with a power detector catering to ISM and Wi-Fi applications.

With a wide variety of RF transceivers and in-house developed MMICs embedded on RF boards, RF Arrays has designed wireless solutions for remote energy and water management. RF Arrays has successfully deployed wireless AMR and mini SCADA solutions in many utilities in India and abroad for their efficient and intelligent energy management.
